General
Ada is the AI-powered personalisation content platform by PersuasionXP. It combines behavioural science, AI and brand intelligence to help marketing teams create content that speaks to every reader personally.
Ada is built for B2B marketing teams — account-based marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, sales enablement and field marketing.
No. Ada is built for marketers, not engineers. If you can write a brief, you can use Ada — the platform handles the audience psychology, versioning and formatting for you.
Where other tools automate content production, Ada automates understanding. Every asset is built from a real model of how your audience thinks, not a template with merge fields.
Ada works alongside your existing automation, CRM and ABM platforms rather than replacing them — your content flows into the stack you already run.
Yes. Ada writes natively in over 100 languages — thinking, structure and idiom, not translation.
Yes, workspaces support external collaborators with controlled permissions.
Solutions

Use Cases
Ada turns one research piece into genuinely different versions for every account, stakeholder and market — without manual rewriting.
Ada focuses on marketing and go-to-market content; its personalisation engine can support customer communications programmes too.
Teams use Ada for internal comms where audience understanding matters — though its core is external marketing.
Technology, manufacturing, logistics, energy and professional services — anywhere complex B2B buying committees exist.
Yes. Each team can run its own briefs, audiences and content flows in one engine.
How it Works
Ada profiles your audience with psychological and behavioural modelling (OCEAN-based), layers role and industry intelligence, then generates content aligned to each reader.

Yes, every campaign reports engagement and resonance so you can see what is working and why.
No. Log in — no migration required.
Protecting User Data and Privacy
Everything we analyse is public information, published research, and what your team shares — no scraping, no private data. Think of it as the research a great strategist does before a brief. We’ll walk you through the methodology in a demo.
Yes. Ada is built for GDPR compliance; data processing agreements are available for all plans.
Data is stored in secure, encrypted EU-based data centres.
No. Your data is never shared or used to train models for other customers.
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data sent over public networks is protected with TLS using strong, industry-standard ciphers. Stored data is encrypted with AES-256, and backups of customer data are encrypted too. Passwords are never stored in plain text: they’re hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms. Company laptops use full-disk encryption, and encryption keys are managed in line with NIST guidance, with access restricted to authorised personnel.
Yes, you can ask us to delete your data. When your contract ends, we delete your account and customer data within 90 days. In rare cases, such as a legal hold, we may need to keep certain records for longer.
Backups run continuously on our production systems and are stored separately from live data, using our cloud provider’s backup capabilities. Backups are encrypted, and we test restoring from them at least once a year to make sure recovery works.
Only the workspace members you invite; access is role-based.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan, along with advanced permissions.
Ada operates an ISO 27001-certified information security management system. Our security policies are reviewed at least annually, and our controls are checked through internal and external audits. We carry out formal risk assessments every year, scan our public-facing systems for vulnerabilities every quarter, and review user access every quarter. We comply with UK GDPR and report qualifying personal data breaches to the ICO within 72 hours. Suppliers who handle customer data go through security due diligence before we use them and are reviewed at least annually.
