Who we are. PersuasionXP Limited (company number 13417973, registered office Little Ashe, Wheatsheaf Enclosure, Liphook, England, GU30 7EJ) is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at enquire@adacreate.com.
What we collect. When you sign up to our newsletter, send us a message or request a demo, we collect:
- your name, job title, company and work email address
- anything you choose to tell us about why you’re getting in touch

Why we use it, and our legal basis.

We will not use your contact or demo details for marketing unless you have also signed up to our newsletter or asked us to stay in touch.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Revo Agency) and email and contact management provider (HubSpot). They may use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose it if the law requires us to.
International transfers. Some providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved contract terms or a UK adequacy decision.
How long we keep it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry and demo details are kept for [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer privacy terms apply.
Your rights. You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your information
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- transfer it to another organisation
- stop using it where we rely on your consent

Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at enquire@adacreate.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and keep you updated on the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
