Everything you should know before you buy a bundle, in plain English.
Yes. Each bundle lasts 3 months from the day you buy it. Unused credits don’t roll over and can’t be refunded. If you hold more than one bundle, we always use the credits closest to expiring first.
No. You sign up online, accept our terms and buy a bundle. There’s no ongoing commitment. Each bundle is paid in full upfront before you can use it.
Yes, within 14 days of buying, as long as you haven’t used any credits from that bundle. Once any credits have been used, the rest of the bundle isn’t refundable.
Up to 15. Whoever buys the first bundle becomes an admin, and you can have up to three admins to manage users and top-ups. Everyone else is a standard user.
You keep access to everything you’ve created and your chat history for up to 6 months. To run anything new, just buy another bundle.
Each run does a different amount of work. Larger files and more detailed instructions take more processing, so they use more credits. Our credit calculator uses typical averages to help you estimate.
Not yet. Automatic top-ups are coming soon. Until then, we’ll remind you when your balance is getting low.

How monthly plans work, from signing up to billing and credits.
Monthly plans have a minimum term of 12 months.
We agree the details with you by email, then you sign your agreement online with an e-signature tool. Monthly invoicing starts from the day your access goes live.
No. Agreements run for the full 12-month term.

No. Your monthly credits expire at the end of each month, so it’s worth choosing a plan that matches what you expect to use.
You can buy top-up credits at the same per-credit rate as your monthly plan.
Your monthly credits. Top-up credits are only used once those run out, and they stay valid for up to 90 days from when you buy them.
By monthly invoice, with 30-day payment terms.
Up to 15 users, with up to 3 admins, as standard. If you need more, we can agree that with you as part of your agreement.

Yes. Any pay-as-you-go credits you have left are added to your account as top-up credits.
